200th Birthday for the Map That Made New York

Happy Birthday to the map that created the design for city planning for the future of a "City of Angles" aka New York City. The preeminent NYC was just farmland and and assorted fields transformed by city commissioners moving millions of cubic yards and feet based on commercial lot dimensions of 25 x 100 feet to build the greatest city on earth for attracting tourist and citizenry to contribute the the greatest pluralistic experiment on the globe.
