Lawrence Summers former Harvard President in 2009 lead President Barack Obama's National Economic Council and returning to the college outlines the multiple streams of consciousness the president and our national leaders and pluralist constituencies need to create "balance" post our 2008-09 financial meltdown.
Core concerns are right now according to Summers are job and stability for the middle class to perhaps sustain incremental solvency stepping away from the historic recession and pervasive crisis based on lending, housing and other factors. Then it was suggested, we can get to the larger looming economic spending and debt concerns that will be inevitable challenges -- soon after -- we complete historic recovery.
